Free Admission…You’re invited to a movie night, an evening of wholesome entertainment for the entire family at Bethel Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, Rt. 29 and 641, four miles south of Ruckersville, Fri. Nov. 14th at 7:00pm. The movie being shown will be Red Runs the River. This is a story of two wars- one in the hearts of General Richard Stoddert Ewell and the other on the battlefields of Manassas and Bull Run. The film traces the influence of General Stonewall Jackson’s vigorous faith upon the profane, unbelieving Ewell. When Ewell meets God on the battlefield, he learns that surrender to God brings true victory. The story of these two men is complemented by the exploits of the flamboyant General Jeb Stuart. Red Runs the River is a sage of history, humor and excitement. Running time: 90 minutes. (For upper elementary, teens ad adults) Call Sharon for more information at 434-985-8765.
